Between Lake Geneva and the mountains, meet regional Michelin-starred chef Hubert Chanove (Le Refuge des Gourmets, Machilly): his inspiring terroir, his local producers and, of course, his culinary universe. All seasons are beautiful! Hubert took over from his dad (Jean-Marie Chanove) in December 2019, together they earned their 1st Michelin star in 2016. Since 2021, Le Refuge has had a facelift, so come and (re)discover it!

Chef Hubert Chanove invites you on a morning foraging trip to discover the secrets of wild plants. It will be followed by a convivial lunch based on the herbs and plants harvested. Would you like to better understand the Chef’s plant-based cuisine? Find out where the wild flowers and herbs you find on your plate come from? Or take part in a nature outing along the Foron River or in the forest? Hubert Chanove will be delighted to answer your questions and pass on his knowledge during a walk in collaboration with his wife, a herbalist.
