Chef Hubert CHANOVE invites you to take part in a morning gathering to discover the secrets of wild plants. It will be followed by a convivial lunch based on the herbs and plants harvested.

Would you like to better understand the Chef's plant-based cuisine? Find out where the wild flowers and herbs you find on your plate come from? Or would you like to take part in a nature outing along the Foron river or in the forest? Hubert Chanove will be delighted to answer your questions and pass on his knowledge during a walk in collaboration with his wife, a herbalist.
Outings take place from time to time, depending on the season and the weather, on Saturday mornings by registration only.
