Ingredients
– 800 g liquid cream 35%
– 200 g milk 1/2 skim
– 10 egg yolks
– 140 g sugar
– 6 vanilla beans
– Brown sugar
Recipe Steps
1. Heat the cream with the split and scraped vanilla beans.
2.In a container, mix the milk the sugar and egg yolks then pour the hot cream over it, mix it all together then top your creme brulee ramekins.
3. Bake in the oven at 100°C twice for 25 minutes.
4. Let it cool for 12 hours then caramelize the top of the creme brulee with the brown sugar.
Serve and enjoy!
